Hollydene Vinyard has been established since 2014, and sits on an acreage lies just 10 km’s to the wet of Jerry’s Plains and 20km east of the busy little hub of Denman – the perfect gateway to the Upper Hunter Valley home of wine.

With a vision of mainintaing the historic property and surrounds the Hollydene estate made use of classic timbers from the original Bowman’s Crossing bridge that once crossed the Hunter river and turpentine timber from the original wharf at Goat Island, Sydney.

The timbers are a feature in the walls and ceilings of the restaurant and cellar door as well as the outdoor decking and alfresco area.

In a casual dining setting, restaurant and eating space, a polished concrete floor was the perfect solution to creating an easy to clean, great looking space.

Keeping the country feel, the relaxed vibe overlooking vineyards and acreage, and keeping branding of the C2 Concrete Grey tint and colour

Take a look inside the space,
